Depot 1, Cologne-Mülheim
An industrial building that has become a stage. Depot 1 combines the raw charm of a historic industrial site with the space that major productions need.
Our stage at Depot 1
Depot 1 in Cologne-Mülheim is a place with history and atmosphere. Rather than creating a slick new building, we make use of the character of the house and make it part of the stage experience.
The opening here is the world premiere of Kick like a Woman in November 2026.

Volksbühne am Rudolfplatz
In the heart of the city, with direct transport links and an audience that already knows the way. From October to March the Volksbühne is our venue.
Our season
From October to March we have leased the Volksbühne am Rudolfplatz. The house is centrally located on the Ring and can be reached by public transport from all over the city in just a few minutes.
Among other things, this is where Himmel und Kölle runs, the musical that has become a fixture of Cologne's cultural calendar since 2020.
