apiro Stage is organised as a non-profit company. What we earn flows back into new material, into people and into the stage.
Working for the public benefit is at the core of what we do. We bring to life stories that might otherwise stay undiscovered, and create opportunities in the world of stage and culture.
Emerging talent
Young talents work with us on running productions, on stage and behind it. Experience is gained where work is truly being produced, not in practice situations.

We support productions and events that benefit music theatre in the German-speaking world as a whole, even when they are not staged by us.

A musical about the resistance of the Scholl siblings, honoured with the German Music Theatre Prize 2025. apiro Stage supports the production as a co-sponsor because it makes history accessible to a young audience.

We support a trade fair where new German-language musicals are presented to organisers and producers. Formats like these help decide whether a piece ever finds its way onto a stage.
